We are back out along the waterway staining the wooden sleepers on the towpath for the Canal & River Trust.
A wonderful relaxing and satisfying task in the evening sunshine (hopefully).
Task 6.00-6.45pm.
Optional training chatty run/fitness activity afterwards around Abbey Park.
