If you've never been to GoodGym before or you've not been for a while, you'd be very welcome to join us. We run at chatty pace, we have a back marker and no-one gets behind.
Parking is available at The Old Factory Gym, and we can use the gym's toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use the lockers.
