Who this task will support
Brighton Hove Food Partnership - Wilding Waterhall
Changing Chalk – wilding Waterhall Restoring chalk grassland, improving biodiversity and supporting public engagement on a former golf course

We will help the Brighton Hove Food Partnership, one of the partners of the Changing Chalk – wilding Waterhall project, to make their food Clubhouse accessible with a SPRING CLEAN!

General cleaning tasks include :- Wiping down surfaces, mopping kitchen floor, hoovering. A flip chart will be on display, listing jobs we would like doing :-)

We will run and cycle together up to this area with lovely views at the margin of B&H city on the doorstep of the Downs.

For the runners (Pippa leader): Meet up at Circus Parade (near Preston Circus where Vantage Point is, beside the kissing bridge statue) at 18:00 to leave no later than 18:15. The run will be 6K (12K both ways).

For the cyclers (Stefania leader): Meet at Preston Park south side corner at 18:15 to get off no later than 18:30

There will the opportunity to cycle up together with your bike or an e-bikes hired by the newly relaunched B&H Beryl BTN Bikes scheme: https://beryl.cc/

For the walkers: Why don't you just join us at the task by bus? Route n 27 from Brighton Station or bus route 5/5A from Brighton Station (until bus stop Patcham that is approx halfway)?

Options are available to run between 6km and 12km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
