Great session at hall 3 of the NEC after the running show helping sort and pack about 5 cubic metres of trainers to stop them going to landfill with the unstoppable Tony from Jog On.

Great support from GoodGym Birmingham, particularly Allan who was there from start to finish and is a trainer -recycling pro.
