“We're having a Big Tesco collection this weekend, we've got 65 crate loads already. Could you advertise for 2 Goodgym volunteers to join us on our packing shift this Monday 19th July either for 3 hours 5.30 till 8.30pm. Or 6.30 till 8.30 if unable to start at 5.30.”
The volunteer shift usually comprises of: weighing trays of donated food, sorting mixed donations into food groups, labelling use by dates and stocking shelves ready for the Foodbank service.
