17:15 - 17:45Collective Light is a pop-up community event built around an interactive glowing park furniture - powered by touch and movement. As people gather, connect and play, the space comes alive with light, turning everyday moments into something magical and helping to create a park that feels safer and more welcoming.
A busy park is a safe park.
There'll be art, storytelling, yoga, nature workshops and community conversations. And GoodGym will be there to play our part in keeping the park litter free ahead of a tea party, chatting all the way!
Where/when to meet: the festival starts at 3.00pm but we'll gather near the basketball court in Deans Gardens at 5.15pm (look out for our red t-shirts!), before a quick briefing and heading off to litter pick.
Equipment: we'll bring bin bags and litter pickers but do bring gardening gloves if you have them.
