11:00 - 12:30We will be continuing work on the community garden at Tolworth Station. Tasks involve completing the new polytunnel, litter-picking and building new raised beds. Completing the community garden will allow us to grow food and veg for the community kitchen 'Baking Ideas' which is located right next to the garden. The Community Brain will give a safety briefing at the start of the session as the ground is uneven and may have broken glass/ trip hazards.
All tools, materials and refreshments will be provided however runners are encouraged to bring their own gardening gloves if possible. We also have toilet facilities in the community kitchen.
