Great to catch up with 9 local goodgym folks this morning for a coffee and a catch up! Steve C made it out for an early morning recovery run around the neighbourhood, and Kike went on a run with her Mum, who is staying over for the weekend. They created a route that passed as many favourite GG Islington task locations as possible, including Market Road Gardens, Freightliners Farm and Cally Park.

We all had breakfast envy for Graham's baked egg and portobello mushroom concoction, and James shared a few pics of his amazing entry to the GG Olympics bake off on Whatsapp before the Zoom call. Patrick and John Shirley will be attending missions this weekend, in Clapton and Highgate- all outdoors on this beautiful sunny weekend. Caroline was up bright and early, fixing up her house for a property viewing (in real life, not on a virtual call!).
