The Mill Hill Park Residents’ Association was founded in 2004 with the aim of stopping environmental and architectural degradation in the Mill Hill Park Conservation Area. Much of its work has focused on enhancing the green spaces in Mill Hill Park and the surrounding area. Examples include distributing saplings provided by the Woodland Trust to local residents; redesigning and replanting the Crown Street Pocket Garden, and planting a community orchard in Heathfield Gardens.

Join Mill Hill Park Residents’ Association for an hour on Saturday morning to help clean Mill Hill Park and neighbouring streets.

✔️ What is the task?

A weekly cleanup of the Mill Hill Park Conservation Area in Acton that covers Mill Hill Road, Avenue Road, Avenue Crescent, Avenue Gardens, Heathfield Road and 63-70 Gunnersbury Lane.

What is Mill Hill Park?

Mill Hill Park in Acton is one of Ealing’s 29 conservation areas. Its status was granted because of its architectural and design features and its distinctive atmosphere. The Mill Hill Park Conservation Area covers an early garden suburb, the Mill Hill Park Estate, laid out in the 1870s by two famous father-and-son builders, both called William Willett.

Please sign up in advance, so we can let the organiser know how many pieces of equipment are needed. Litter pickers, gloves and rubbish bags will be provided by LAGER Can.
