We teach kids on the brink of food poverty how to grow food and cook it. we also hold community lunches and supply food banks as well as running holiday camps for children.

This event is all about celebrating community growing!

There will be lots of activities for local people to try, including woodchipping, making seed bombs, garden beds and much more.

They need some volunteers to run a few of the activities, including: - Making signs for different gardens - Scavenger hunts

The event is combined with their regular volunteer day so some of us can continue with wheelbarrowing woodchip to the trim trail path.

Let me know what times you can do and we can roughly organise ourselves for the different jobs - no need to stay the whole time!
