Lets make sure this beautiful spot can be enjoyed even more by local residents!

Description

Welcome to GoodGym Exeter! We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects in our area.

The Task:

This week we will help St James forum with various gardening tasks in Queens Crescent, it is a beautiful spot, very popular with the local residents, and we will have lots of fun working together!

The Run/walk:

GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is. This week we will run 4 k and with just a few little hills. Come and join the fun! Please email klara@goodgym.org if you would like do discuss walking to the task.

Date and time

18:45 - 20:30 Tuesday, 2nd of June 2020
Options are available to run between 4km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
