This is a lovely opportunity to show how volunteering can be great for wellbeing and to introduce more people in Portsmouth to GoodGym.

SALT Festival is Portsmouth’s annual Suicide Awareness Day, bringing people together to talk openly about suicide, wellbeing, hope and the support available. This year’s festival will also include the Wellbeing Revolution, creative workshops, exercise activities, guest speakers and opportunities to connect with local services and community groups.

GoodGym will have a promotional stall at the event, and we’d love some friendly GoodGymers to help us represent the group. Please sign up even if you can only pop by for an hour.
