Platform 1 Planter Installation
Friends of St Margarets Station are a small group of local residents who want to enhance the station for visitors, promoting local points of interest, such as Marble Hill House and Turner House, as well as improve the health and well-being of daily commuters. Two planters will be placed within existing signage and furniture. We will change plants on a seasonal basis to provide interest and awareness about care for small gardens.

Construct 2 wooden planters 120 x 90 x 80 cm. The planters are pre-cut kits but will take some coordination to build. The planters will then be filled with 1/2 ton soil. Bags of soil will be moved from a side road to the platform, which will require navigating 2 sets of stairs. Plant pots will also need to be brought to platform and planted.
