The 'Seven' is a beautiful course around the very scenic South Leicestershire countryside, taking in the villages of Arnseby, Shearsby, Bruntingthorpe and of course Peatling Parva. Don't forget, this is not just for runners, walkers are extremely welcome and even better, accompanied u18 walkers go absolutely free. A great way to spend a few hours in the big outdoors.

The 'Thirteen' is a complete loop of the 'Seven' followed by another entirely separate route across the undulating and almost certainly mud bound tracks towards Willoughby. So come on, aim high, enter the big one and then see how you feel at the half way point. If you choose to finish early you will still get an official time for 'The Seven', just let the finish marshal know when you come back in.

The course is predominantly on foot-ways, tracks and fields, it will be muddy, so leave your classic Reebok's at home and let your old faithfuls take you round. Walkers would be best in sturdy boots with good grip, again, they are unlikely to be clean when you get back, so some spare footwear and a dry pair of socks for your return would be a good idea.
