3 GoodGymers searched, tested and recorded outdoor gyms in their local area.

Move The Masses is a brilliant small charity founded by GoodGym York legend Egg Cameron. They are working on a building a national map of outdoor gyms, in parks and public spaces across the country.

On a lunchtime walk, Emma and I tracked down our closest gym in Liverpool's Dingle, a fab place with typical gym machines plus an agility and balance section. Later in the day, Penny-Flo the whippet and I jogged over to Crown Stone park to clock a really well used set of equipment. It is a great park for circuits since there is also a short steep slope, ideal for (everybody's favourite!) hill sprints.

Meanwhile, up in Bootle, Pauline was also accompanied by some 4-legged GoodGymers to check out and test the gym equipment at South Park & King's Garden.

It is shame that more people didn't get involved as there are LOADS more great spots around the city. To clock your closest (better late than never!) take landscape photos and complete this form online.

Great work team!
