Great group run tonight that kept us warm for sure !! A 4.5k run in total that was a nice change from other weeks . Worried for the cold we went out wary. However, as we ran to our task on the brim of Hammersmith and Ealing College we commented on the warmth we were feeling . Little did we know that on our route back the wind would slap us silly!!

The leave collection was a helping hand to those that had already given it a go . Shout out to Andy for the speeding leaf collecting . Couldn't have done it without you !!

Excellent to see runners getting involved with the Gunnersbury Park Runs too! Setting them goals is a great way to keep on track of progress. Keep it up!
