*The Coping CIC in partnership with GRIT Studios is again organizing the MOVE A MILE 2026 movement - a free, creative community trail in Greater Manchester and the North West. *

Starting in Stockport at 11am on 27th September 2026. Join us for a movement for mental health through action sports, creativity & care.

It’s a day of creative activities, skateboarding, music, movement and connection. The purpose is to celebrate what a community can do when it comes together for a cause greater than the individuals involved.

As a GoodGym volunteer, you can either do some stewarding on the day, or perhaps leading a walk or run, or a community litter pick walk.. basically whatever you think! You can even tag a friend or two along!
