The Bombed Out Church has been a firm favourite place for Liverpool GoodGym over the years and we are happy to keep working together to keep the space in tiptop condition with litter picking / gardening / maintenance and whatever tasks need doing each month.
They have some big plans for the future and we are excited to be a part of helping them to progress. They are planning a memorial garden and a kitchen garden, and some redevelopment of the spaces for much needed facilities, as well as many community and education opportunities for participatory arts.
We are trialling a monthly session with them so sign up for this month and then keep your eye out for a new posting to sign up for each month as we go along.
All equipment needed will be provided but you may prefer to bring your own gloves!

Really sorry to say that this weekend's Community Mission at the Bombed Out Church has been cancelled.
With the forecast heavy rain and winds (on an already very wet site!) the work we were going to be doing wouldn't be possible (mud bath city!!) and may be risky due to excess slippy mud and heavy lifting of stone slabs!
We will be rescheduling and back with the BoC as soon as possible.
