Description

Rose Hill Runners is a community running group based in Rose Hill which meets every Monday at 7pm. Unlike other Running groups RHR is FREE and open to all, so just turn up and bring a friend if you like.

Normally between 8 / 15 people come (from a pool of 50 or so).. there is a mix of abilities so you will always find someone around your level. They split into speed groups and no-one gets left behind.

Meet at Rose Hill Community Centre, there are changing facilities, lockers and Showers, and a social club if anyone wants a drink afterwards.. (please bring some change if you do!)

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

This event is organised by your Taskforce will not necessarily be led by a qualified GoodGym trainer or run leader. The TaskForce is a group of local runners elected by members in your area. You should feel confident to participate in the event as it is described and you do so at your own risk.
