Make parkrun safe and fun in Kingston
Start your Saturday morning with purpose by volunteering at Kingston Parkrun to make sure it is safe and fun for all the runners and spread the word about Goodgym...let's get out there and make the towpath a sea of GG red and hi-viz yellow!
Location
Hawker CentreLower Ham Rd
Kingston upon Thames
KT2 5BH
Date and time
08:45 - 10:00How to get involved: make sure you are signed up to parkrun and then as a volunteer first - here or simply open a parkrun newsletter or results email if you are already registered, click on 'manage my profile', then 'email options', then select the events you'd like to hear from - Kingston - and click 'save opt-in events list'. You will then receive regular emails letting you know all about their volunteering opportunities. Once you register as a volunteer...pick a job on the roster and email the team with your full name and your parkrun ID to let them know what you fancy doing on kingstonhelpers@parkrun.com...descriptions of the roles are here
Now that all that is out of the way...sign up to the mission and let me know you're coming. You will get an email direct from the parkrun team with more info for the day later in the week!
See you bright and early on Saturday morning and maybe we can go and warm up/refresh/fill our tummies with brunch after, depending on what's needed.
Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to help.
How are you getting there?
