Meet at Luton airport parkway station drop-off concourse, then walk around the corner to the start of the Upper Lea Valley path. A relaxed pace 10k (approx) run on a shared walk/cycle path. The path has a good firm surface suitable for road running shoes. An opportunity to finish with a social supper before catching the train back from Harpenden.
