Description

Come along and try out some long distance trail running and take in the beauty of Dartmoor! The run will be approximately 10 miles and it will be hilly with very uneven surfaces. Trail shoes highly recommended. This run is not about speed, it is about being out for the duration and we will stop to refuel regularly, so bring some snacks and water.

We will meet at 9.15 am at the car park at Simmons park in Okehampton. We will aim to start running at 9.30. It is hard to say exactly how long we will be out for, it depends a bit on how far and fast we go!

A WhatsApp group will be set up before the event so we can share information, kit list etc. If you sign up and are happy to be in the WhatsApp group please email me with your phone number.

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
