Opportunity to do plane arms and run on the Luton Airport runway

A great opportunity to raise money for charity while pretending to be a plane on a runway at our famous Luton Airport!
The run will be just under 5km and you will need to able to jog or walk it in less than one hour.
The run is very early - 3:30am meeting 4:30am start 5:30am bus back
Participant registration will be at 3:30 am at Gate House 6a, London Luton Airport Fire Station, Adjacent to Mid Term Car Park, Airport Way, Luton, LU2 9LY.

All non-full airport pass holders must bring a valid photo ID (a passport or driver’s license/provisional license photo card. Nothing else will be accepted). Failure to provide these valid photo IDs will result in you not being able to take part in the event.
Please print off the Runway Race Disclosure form sent to you via email. Complete the form with the ID you will be bringing on the day of the event and sign. Failure to produce this at the run will result in you not being able to take part in the event.
All runners will be issued with high visibility vest which must be worn throughout the event. If you have your own high-vis jacket, please feel free to use it.

Mobile phones are permitted, but runners are not permitted to film at the Security checks. There is no place to store personal belongings, therefore, please bring bare minimum items. Water bottles are permitted, only one per runner. Headphones will not be allowed on the run. This is NOT a timed event and running numbers won’t be issued. There are NO toilet facilities. There will be photos taken of the event, please show us your best plane arms.
You can park in the Mid Term Car park. You will be given a car park exit ticket upon finishing the race so that you can exit the car park. Parking is limited, therefore, please car share as much as possible.
