The Portico Gallery is an eclectic space in West Norwood hosting yoga, art classes, ceilidhs... you name it.

It's a real pillar of the community and this week we're heading there to sort through the West Norwood Feast tables.

It's a bit of a longy - 4.5k each way, but remember we always have. backmarker.

We also will be spreading some woodchip at Moorlands gardens - that's a short 1k run away.

We meet at PAPA’s Park near Brixton station every Tuesday evening from 6.45, ready to run at 7pm. We run to a local community organisation, do a physical job for them and then run back. We throw in a few fun fitness drills and have a monthly pub visit after the run!

Whether you’re new to running or a seasoned pro, we always have different distance options and a back marker so no-one gets left behind.

There are toilets and a locked room to leave your stuff in. We’ll be back by 8:30pm.

And on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, we go to the PUB 🍻

IMPORTANT - Group run cancellation

Following extensive research, consultation with our trustees and work on how GoodGym as a community can play a positive role during the Coronavirus outbreak we have reached the conclusion to make extensive changes to our operations. **All group runs will stop for the foreseeable future** - this includes this week’s runs. This decision has been made as these are the events at which most people gather and at which we are most at risk of spreading infection.

We will continue to update this page with our most up to date guidance - https://www.goodgym.org/stories/coronavirus-information-for-goodgym-activities

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
