Excavation of the Chinbrook Meadows SUDS site has now finished and so the Thames21 team need to begin vegetating the wetlands. With over 550 plants to get in the first wetland cell, they need all hands on deck!
The team will provide all equipment and wellies/waders, just bring warm clothes and some lunch.
Meet Thames21 at 10am at the newly excavated wetland. The nearest entrance is from the Portland Road side of the Meadows, or go through the railway tunnel from the Amblecote Road/ Chinbrook Road entrance.
If you can only join part of the session then that’s great, all help will be appreciated.
