Chiswick Theatre Arts wanted us to help distribute flyers around the local area to promote their new play and summer drama courses for kids.

Singing in the Rain

This is the title of their new play, but not a reflection of the weather.

We took on the hot, sunny evening - with two bags stuffed full of flyers to complete a stonking hour of leafleting.

One more letterbox

We had hoped to do a fitness session at the running track before we finished, but kept getting sidetrack on the way - "just one more letterbox"...

Once we'd finally called it a night, we popped the last of the flyers back with the theatre and jogged back to base. Finishing up with a warm-down stretch outside the hall.
