(re) new Herons Lake (Bromley's town centre duck pond)The good folk managing Bromley's Church House Gardens are looking for GoodGym support on Sunday 8th November to help with litter picking and clearing vegetation that is encroaching on paths and plantings.
The session will be run by the (very friendly) Friends of Bromley Town Parks & Gardens, and led by Kerry Hood, who will supervise the tasks and provide first aid if required.
Please wear suitable footwear (boots) and whilst gardening gloves and tools can be borrowed, please bring your own if you have any. Covering legs and arms would be a good idea. Please bring a water bottle, and if staying for a while, a packed lunch.
The full task will run from 11am to 2pm but if you can only swing by for 10 minutes that would be greatly appreciated.
Please sign in to the session if you can make it so the organiser can prepare equipment and plan the day accordingly.
Thanks so much for your help!
How are you getting there?
