Starting our week with a good deed indeed. Back at Parvaaz helping them to clear their outside ground of leaves, litter and branches.

Great to have Aran join us on his first session. He was totally swept away by what we do... great job with the br-br-broom Aran! See you on Friday!

We had a hive of activity going on...

  • Sandy on raking the back garden
  • Sara on strimming
  • Nisha and Aran on leaf clearance
  • Sut, Jen and Jenny on weed clearance
  • And I was bag lady....

Within one hour we had cleared over 10 bags of garden waste! Fan-grass-tic!

Someone say cake?

With not one but two birthdays to celebrate today, we thought we better do a quick leg shaking fitness session to burn the glutes and the calories!

So we split into two groups and started leg burner. Im a pain in the bum sometimes... I know! Butt, you will thank me... one day.

Task finished, fitness session completed.... cake time!

A very happy birthday to Sara for yesterday and to Emily for tomorrow..
