Traid is a charity retailer on a mission to change fashion for the better. They stop second-hand clothes going to landfill and fund good causes that support and empower the people who make clothes globally, from organic cotton farmers to garment workers.

This task is a great way to help the work of this charity plus its a fun workout for you! They have asked for help packing away stock at the end of the sales and carrying the new stock upstairs.

Either join me for a 2 mile run to the shop from the Lodge cafe, Hyde Park Corner entrance to Hyde park at 5:30 or directly at the shop at 61 Westbourne Grove at 6pm.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

5km total distance

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
