We have been delighted to help with the Food2You service across the pandemic, Food2You is a shopping delivery service provided for older people through Age UK and now this has expanded to assist with tasks at the Day Centre. Now the Day Centre is reopening, it is important to make this space as welcoming as possible for visitors. This is a fun task that will make a big difference! Can you help?

The Task

  • Food2You delivery box cleaning
  • Gardening, watering, taking weeds from between paving slabs etc
  • Hosing down equipment eg F2Y vans, building windows
  • Other simple, practical tasks as required

There will be a range of tasks available on the day so please choose one that you are comfortable with.

We are excited to be able to get involved with this task, now a weekly activity

What to look out for

Covid Test and Trace

To keep everyone safe GoodGym has signed up to the NHS test and trace service. We will pass on your contact details only if they ask for it.

The GoodGym central team will also be in contact if we are made aware that anyone attending this session tests positive in the days afterwards.

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
