Martin Way Methodist Church
Christian CARE is a charity working in the London Borough of Merton. They are a group of 60 volunteers from 16 different churches offering help to anyone whatever their race, colour or religion. Each year over 100 families, whose lives are in crisis, are supported. They are always in need of food, clothes and furniture, so please follow the link to their website for further details and their latest requirements.

Note that the session starts at 7pm. There is no group run this week but you are welcome to add a walk/run/cycle beforehand and invite others to join you - there's an option under 'Getting There' so feel free to use it.

The community garden project grows vegetables for the church activities and the community. Over the seasons the garden has lots of different jobs and our host Shelley (Abby is away) will have lots for us to do.

Please bring gardening gloves if you have some and dress for the weather. A hat/suncream might be handy and carry water if you can.
