The Friends meet every last Friday of the month at 9am to garden by the rose arbour.

The Friends of John Innes Park gardening group take an interest in the upkeep and development of John Innes Park and meet monthly on a Friday to work on the space and are in need of extra volunteers to boost their efforts. The session runs 9-11am so you are welcome to stay longer, or just let Jo know on arrival and be sure to introduce yourself.

The location is the entrance to the park and it's likely you will find Jo and the other volunteers near to this but we will be meeting at the pond at 9am (which is a short walk, along the path, and through the arch). Bring gardening gloves and a trowel is likely to be handy if you have one.
