Thanks so much to all of you for coming to help guide last night! I hope you found it enjoyable. I for one absolutely loved it and really want to try and encourage more people to get involved.

I won't be listing it as community mission every week but they do run a session every week so feel free to pop in as and when is convenient for you. Achilles International have a Facebook page where they list the Thursday runs so if you want to go along then just comment on the post for that week so they know to expect you. They also do regular races at RunThrough and other events and are on the lookout for guides for those too.

I'll probably list the Thursday track session as a community mission once per month in attempt to get some new people involved so please spread the word, especially to fast runners because it's the fast guys that struggle a bit more to find people to run with!

Hope you all got home ok after the tube disaster!

See you soon. Sarah x
