TLDR: Betts Park. Bring gloves.

DETAILS: There are lots of jobs to be done in Betts Park from scraping out leaves from the canal to some path edging. It's a short jog (1.5km) but we'll have a longer option for those that fancy it.

πŸ“ Meet at the Bridge House from 6:45 for a 7pm start

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ We have different pace/distance groups to cater for everyone. Look out for πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ in the title if it’s walkable

❀️ We’re a friendly bunch and we always have a back-marker so no one gets left behind

⏰ Running late or don’t fancy the jog? Meet us at the task venue at 7:20pm

πŸŽ’ You can leave coats and bags in the staff area at the Bridge House (at your own risk)

πŸ₯Š For gardening tasks, please bring gloves if you can.

Options are available to run between 3km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
