Time & Talents: Marychurch Oasis

At Time & Talents, we want to create a world where everyone feels part of a community - and where nobody is left out, or left behind. It is a lively, busy community organisation based in Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Bermondsey. We see a core part of our work as providing ways for people to connect and share their time and talents, including a wide range of volunteering opportunities, skills-sharing, and opportunities to socialise. We want to connect neighbours close and far, to reduce isolation and build a supportive, resilient community.

Please note that this group run has been cancelled.

Starting from Peckham Rye we will run just under a 5km down towards the river until we reach The Maychurch Oasis in Rotherhithe. We will be shifting great big heaps of soil into a skip to prepare more space for a gorgeous new community garden. Make sure you bring your water and gardening gloves! Those who want to stay for longer than the hour we have planned there are welcome to otherwise we can run back to the Rye together.
