Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!

We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.

The Task

We will be running from the Old Royal Naval College which is only half a km each way. It is a walkable distance so you are welcome to join us at whatever pace - we never ever leave anyone behind!

Where & When

We meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at the Old Royal Naval College between the Queen Mary and Queen Anne buildings. The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.

What to bring

Please bring some gloves, a headtorch and wear some reflective gear as it will be dark travelling to and from the task.

See you then!

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Meet at the entrance to the Queen Anne Building. Map will be send to all those who sign up. There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The University of Greenwich, and The University of Greenwich and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
