Date and time
12:00 - 14:00GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.
We'll be meeting at the Greenwich Campus and run 5.6km to the Greenwich Memorial Hospital, where we'll be planting bulbs using garden spades and trowels. Once the task is done, you have the choice of making your own way back, or running back to the campus with me where we can cool down before we part ways.
