But you don’t have to have signed up to be able to join this session, it is open to all who want to run (or walk) and chat. But please remember social distancing guidelines before and after the start of the session.

In the days leading up to the session, if you, or other members of your household, develop COVID-19 symptoms such as a high temperature; a new continuous cough, and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, please do not turn up to run.

Also please note the Goodgym HQ guidance on running (or walking) in groups:

Running in groups - People can run together in groups of up to 6. This is irrespective of whether the group are running on pavements, in a park or green space, or on a running track.

We should avoid running on public streets, roads and pavements where other pedestrians are more likely to be. Where possible we should run in parks and open spaces. If running on public streets and pavements is unavoidable we should select less busy streets and always give a wide berth when overtaking other pavement users.

If you are running in a group of of to 6, you must always: • Give way to other pedestrians • Walk in busy areas to ensure you have sufficient time to safely pass others • Stay in a distanced single file on any pavement or route which is narrower than 2 metres
