19:00 - 20:30GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.
We'll be meeting at Marble Arch Station and run 2.4km to the Canal & River Trust in Little Venice where we'll collect some equipment and do some litter picking to keep the Canal area clean. Once the task is done, we'll run back to the start point where we can cool down before we part ways.
