Willesden Green Station Gardening
We are revitalising the station and bringing more wildlife (pollinating insect, birds etc) to the area. The gardens are seen every day by commuters as they travel through Willesden Green.

The Willesden Green Town Team have been busy gardening at Willesden Green station in preparation for the London in Bloom Competition.

It will be working with soil, plants and using gardening tools (eg shovels, forks, trowels and secateurs etc), so bring along any gloves if you have them (they have a few).

The work will be on Willesden Green underground station platforms 1&4 (decommissioned Met lines), so all volunteers will need to be registered and must wear the High viz vests provided during the gardening session.

Shadi will meet any volunteers by the cash points just inside Willesden Green underground station (before barriers), and you can stay as long as you are able.
