Run, walk or bike for this beginner-friendly group session at Newcastle Eagles. The foundation relies on the support of volunteers to keep their gardens and outdoor spaces clear and tidy, and they have been great supporters of GG Newcastle since the start. We will be litter picking, gardening and weeding, and there will be jobs for everyone. Everything is provided except gloves, so make sure you bring some along.
There will be an optional fitness session to complete before we run and walk back to the start point. if you need to meet at the task that's fine too- we will be there at 18:30, but please let me know via the WhatsApp Group so I don't wait for you at the start!
Meet at Hotel Indigo where there is bag storage, changing and toilets if anyone needs to use them.
