Part of the Copers Cope Area Residents Association, the friends group volunteers tend to The Green.
Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.
The Friends of Beckenham Green help look after this central space near Beckenham High Street. It hosts community festivals across the year and acts as a green balance on the neighbouring retail environment.
The Friends are looking for help and they're really grateful for GoodGym volunteers. We do a mix of wedding, planting and general tidying.
Tools will be provided, but please bring your own gardening gloves.

Unfortunately the rain has come hard today and I wouldn't want anyone to prep and make the trip unnecessarily. The Friends group are hyperlocal and have yet to communicate as to whether they will work, but I don't think we can wait longer (given it's 90 mins until the task starts!) so I'm cancelling the GoodGym task.
