Having a hoot pulling out roots

Three runners got together to help the delightful Ms Sullivan. The order was quite simply 'get it all out' as she wanted to clear her current plants and put in some she could maintain independently. Sarah immediately got stuck in yanking out all sorts of plants and roots to the amusement of Ms S while Marcia worked hard with the hoe. A few trimmed bushes later and the garden looked a lot tidier and we had one happy Ms S!
