Stephens House and GardensHelp install a new accessible bench at Stephens House & Gardens
Support the Friends of Stephens House & Gardens by helping move and position a heavy new accessible bench.
The Friends of Stephens House & Gardens need a few strong pairs of hands to help install a new accessible bench between the two raised gardens, between Inky’s and the main lawn.
The bench is very heavy, so we are looking for at least four people to help Andy and the Friends group safely move it into place. The job itself should be fairly quick — likely only a few minutes of lifting and positioning — but it will make a lasting difference by improving access and comfort for visitors to the gardens.
This is a simple, practical community task supporting one of Barnet’s much-loved local green spaces.
