Elthorne Park - Running Based Fitness Session
A friendly and open session suitable for everyone wanting to exercise with other people!

18:30 - 19:00Tonight we'll meet at 6:30pm by the entrance to Elthorne Park on the bridge on Trumpers Way where we’ll complete a 30 minutes running fitness session in the park.
The session will be suitable for all abilities and fitness levels and will involve a mixture of running, running drills and strength exercises - all paces are welcome so come along and workout with some other lovely GoodGymers in person!
If you'd like to join the amazing community mission helping a local charity afterwards, click here. We'll walk to the task together after this session to start the community mission at 7:30pm.
