09:00 - 10:30Join York BID to help keep York looking its best by cleaning and repainting street furniture such as bike racks, benches, bollards and more. The session will run from 9:00 to 13:00 but we will meet at 9:00 for a safety briefing and stay for 1-1.5 hours.
The meeting point will be outisde Queen’s Hotel on Queens Staith at 9am - just look for the York BID cleaning van. Queen’s Hotel have kindly offered us use of their toilets and as a warm area. https://w3w.co/chest.nodded.groups
Everything will be taped up beforehand, so no artistic skills are necessary! We will provide all the materials and relevant protective clothing but ask that volunteers wear clothing they don’t mind risking getting a bit of paint on.
