A group of GoodGymers will be meeting for a New Year's parkrun. If you're new to Parkrun and want some moral support or you're a regular runner who wants to find out more about GoodGym come and join us. All abilities welcome, no one ever gets left behind. We run at a leisurely pace so we can have a chat as we go!
Look out for the GoodGym t-shirts and banner. We will meet at 8.30 ready to take part at 9am.
