POSTPONED - Check and tidy up local footpaths

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE MISERABLE WEATHER THIS MISSION HAS BEEN POSTPONED. NEW DATE WILL BE ARRANGED SHORTLY.

We'll be checking and clearing part of the Stour and Orwell Walk, starting from Beefeater Oyster Reach. We'll be out and about in some lovely countryside, along the Orwell. Don't worry; we're not planning to get as far as the Stour in two hours!

As this is a Community Mission rather than a Group Run, the idea is that you make your own way to the meeting point (run / cycle / perhaps not swim) and then we get going with the task straight away, so please aim to get to the meeting point for 10am.

We'll aim to return to the starting point around 12pm. As this a longer task than a regular Group Run, please bring a drink. Please also bring gardening gloves and make sure you're dressed for the weather - whilst we might jog parts of the route, it's best to assume we'll be walking for most of the time.

Unlike Group Runs, registration is required for all Missions, so please make sure you register before the 4pm deadline on Saturday the 9th of Feb. After the deadline, Andrew will send an email via GoodGym's system to those who are registered with his mobile number in case of any problems getting to the meeting point.

Although this listing mentions that somewhere to leave bags and get changed will be available, that's general text from Group Runs.
