What is Big Garden Birdwatch? This is a task you can do anywhere and anytime during the day between 23rd and 25th of January. You will need to do it on your own or team up with a GoodGym friend.
Big Garden Birdwatch is the worldβs largest garden wildlife survey. Every year, hundreds of thousands of nature lovers like you take part, helping to build a picture of how garden birds are faring.
How to take part: * Register for the Bird Watch and get your free digital or paper guide on the RSPB Website to register
Decide on your patch - this could be in a garden or a park.
Wrap up warm - it could get chilly out there
Spend an hour watching the birds in your patch, between 24 and 26 January, and record the birds that land.
Take a selfie while you are watching the birds and share it in the Luton GoodGym WhatsApp group.
Submit your results of what you saw online on the RSPB website.

If travelling by bike you will be welcome to leave it secured in Whitehill Avenue but you will need to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the task.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
