Friends of Belle Isle

Today, for a final time u too the new year, we will be supporting Belle Isle Park with some gardening-type work. Join us for a short task and an end-of-season drink at Topsham Brewery afterwards.

Please be mindful what you wear at the park - brambles, insects etc are all present so long sleeves and trousers are recommended. Bring gloves if you have them, but we have spares for you if you need them.

We’ll meet at the Phoenix and have a run to the task (about 1.8km) for those meeting directly at the task we’ll be at Belle Isle Park from about 6:50pm onwards. Any issues contact session leader Craig on 07902973332.

Note - the task will be dark by the time we finish, so please bring torch/headtorches with you to help on the run back afterwards.

Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
